FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-section view of the cellular phone holder taken along a line 7--7 shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-section view of the main parts of the cellular phone holder taken along a line 8--8 shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the cellular phone holder showing a condition wherein it is in use.

The broken line showing of environment in the drawings is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
