FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an underground conduit stub up template incorporating my new design, with some installed conduit shown in phantom lines for illustrative purposes and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, with the tangs in the conduit openings shown in their normally straight positions before installation of any conduit;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view thereof.
