FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment similiar to FIG. 1, the other views thereof being like FIGS. 2-7; and,

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of a third embodiment similiar to FIG. 1, the other views thereof being like FIGS. 2-7.
