FIG. 4 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectioned view thereof, as indicated in the section line 5--5 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 6--6 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 7--7 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 8--8 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 9--9 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 10--10 in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 11 is an enlarged view thereof as illustrated in FIG. 2.

The front side and back side elevation views are mirror images of the left side elevation view in FIG. 4, and the bottom of the signal pole forms no part of the claimed design.
