FIG. 2 is a front view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a rear view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a left side view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a right side view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top view of the design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the design shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 8 shows the perspective view of FIG. 1 with a rechargeable battery operated candle light illustrated in dashed outline inserted in one of the charging positions of the charger.

The candle light shown in dashed outline in FIG. 8 forms no part of the presently claimed design.

The ornamental design for a charger base for rechargeable battery operated devices, as shown and described.
