FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the confectionery product having a generally circular configuration and a character formed in a top side thereof by recessed areas having a circular boundary which surround the character;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIG. 1, showing the recessed areas in the top side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a first side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2;

FIG. 4 is a second side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 3 from a perspective in which the confectionery product has been rotated 90 degrees from the view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a third side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4 from a perspective in which the confectionery product has been rotated 180 degrees from the view of FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a fourth side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 5 from a perspective in which the confectionery product has been rotated 180 degrees from the view of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 6;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the confectionery product having a generally elliptical configuration and a character formed in a top side thereof by recessed areas having an elliptical boundary which surround the character;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIG. 8, showing the recessed areas in the top side thereof;

FIG. 10 is a first side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 8 and 9;

FIG. 11 is a first end elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 8 through 10;

FIG. 12 is a second side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 8 through 11 from a perspective in which the confectionery product has been rotated 180 degrees from the view of FIG. 10;

FIG. 13 is a second end elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 8 through 12 from a perspective in which the confectionery product has been rotated 180 degrees from the view of FIG. 11; and,

FIG. 14 is a bottom plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 8 through 13.

A characteristic feature of the design resides in the shape and configuration of the article and/or the pattern and ornament applied to the article as shown in the representations, the article being transparent and the star-shapes representing particles of opaque material, which are arranged throughout the article in a random fashion.

The ornamental design for a confectionery product, as shown and described.
