FIG. 4 is a greatly enlarged fragmentary perspective view similar to FIG. 3, showing a third alternate assembled arrangement; and,
FIG. 5 is a perspective view thereof in partially assembled condition.
The broken lines shown in all drawing views represent fold lines.
