FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the cap, shown separately for ease of illustration;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side elevational view being a mirror image thereof;
