FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the confectionery product having a generally elliptical configuration and a generally elliptical indentation in a top side thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIG. 1, showing the indentation in the top side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 and 2, the opposite side thereof being a mirror image of the side shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 4 is an end elevation view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 3, the opposite end thereof being a mirror image of the end shown iin FIG. 4;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the confectionery product illustrated in FIGS. 1 through 4;

FIG. 6 is a first cross-sectional view of the confectionary product taken along line 6--6 in FIG. 2, showing the indentation in the top side thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a second cross-sectional view of the confectionary product taken along line 7--7 in FIG. 2, also showing the indentation in the top side thereof.

A characteristic feature of the design resides in the shape and configuration of the article and/or the pattern and ornament applied to the article as shown in the representations, the article being transparent and the star-shapes representing particles of opaque material, which are arranged throughout the article in a random fashion.
