The present invention is a new, original and ornamental design for a phone charger display package, reference being made to the accompanying drawings, such drawings comprising a part of this design patent document.

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view of an assembled phone charger display package, in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 3 is an exploded front plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 of a phone charger display package, in accordance with the present invention.

FIG. 4 is an exploded right side elevation view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 of a phone charger display package, in accordance with the present invention. The left side view is a mirror image of the right side view and is not shown.

FIG. 5 is an exploded rear plan view of the embodiment shown in FIG. 2 of a phone charger display package, in accordance with the present invention.
