FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view, without the knife blades.

FIG. 6 is a bottom view of the utility knife with the knives thereof in place.

FIG. 7 is rear elevational view of FIG. 5; and,

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 5.

I claim the ornamental design for a multi-purpose utility knife, as shown and described.
