FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of the electrode arrangement shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view of the portable cardiogram recorder shown in FIG. 1 taken along line 7--7 of FIG. 5., with the internal system omitted.
