Description
Other features of the present invention are described in a utility patent application filed on Mar. 2, 2001 titled slipper and method for forming slipper, U.S. Ser. No. 29,798,767, and in U.S. Provisional patent application Ser. No. 60/255,475, filed on Dec. 14, 2000, which are hereby incorporated herewith in their entirety.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the top, side and front of a first embodiment of our new design for a slipper.
FIG. 2 is a front elevation view of a first embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 3 is a rear elevation view of a first embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 4 is a right side elevation view of a first embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 5 is a left side elevation view of a first embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 6 is a top plan view of a first embodiment of our new slipper. In the first embodiment, the bottom view is not shown because no claim is made to ornamentation on the bottom of the slipper for that embodiment.
FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the top, side and front of a second embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of a second embodiment of our new slipper.
FIG. 9 is a rear elevation view of a second embodiment of our new slipper.

The petitioners assert design rights in the mirror images of all embodiments made for the foot opposite the foot for which the illustrated embodiment is intended.
No claim is made to the fabric pattern of the embodiments shown in the Figures. The fabric pattern is not part of the claimed design.
