FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an eye patch for treatment of amblyopia showing my new design, wherein a pair of spectacles and a bespectacled wearer thereof are shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is an enlarged front elevational view of the eye patch for treatment of amblyopia of FIG. 1 as shown in isolation and in a stretched-out flat condition;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of FIG. 2, the opposite bottom plan view comprising a substantial mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view of the right side of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view of the left side of FIG. 2.
