FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the design depicted in FIG. 1, shown at a reduced scale;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the design depicted in FIG. 1, shown at a reduced scale; and,

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of the design depicted in FIG. 1, shown at an enlarged scale, taken as shown in FIG. 2.
