FIG. 6 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom view thereof.

The scoop handle is a fanciful cat's tail, and the scoop holder front is a fanciful image of a cat standing, holding up one paw.

The ornamental design for a combined cat litter scoop holder and scoop, as shown and described.
