FIG. 4 is another medial perspective view of the shoe upper;
and,
FIG. 5 is a front view of the shoe.
The shoe upper is shown in FIGS. 1-5. The shoe upper shown is for a
left shoe. The right shoe upper is not shown, but is the mirror
image of the left shoe upper.
