FIG. 4 is a left side view of the wheel shown in FIG. 3, the right side view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear view of the wheel shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a top view of the wheel shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of the wheel shown in FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a rear elevational view of the support shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of the support shown in FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a top plan view of the support shown in FIG. 8; and,

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of the support shown in FIG. 8.
