FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a multi-outlet adapter with safety cover showing my new design with the safety cover in an open position;

FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof with the safety cover in a closed position;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof with the safety cover in an open position;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof with the safety cover in a closed position;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines showing outlet prongs, outlet prong openings, attachment screws and attachment screw holes are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
