FIG. 5 is a plan view of the front of the embodiment of FIGS. 1-4;

FIG. 6 is a plan view of the rear of the embodiment of FIGS. 1-5;

FIG. 7 is a plan view of the bottom of the embodiment of FIGS. 1-6;

FIG. 8 is a plan view of the left side of the embodiment of FIGS. 1-7 but with the base of the positioning stand disposed in a generally central orientation; and,

FIG. 9 is a plan view of the left side of the embodiment of FIGS. 1-8 but with the base of the positioning stand disposed in the opposite end of the arm than is shown in FIG. 2.
