The design of the present application is directed to a footwear upper portion that can be used, for example, with a sole portion as a shoe.
FIG. 1 is a top and right front perspective view of a footwear upper portion, showing my design;
FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top elevational view thereof;
FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
