FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing of large cooler in FIG. 1 and a smaller cooler in FIG. 2 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.

I claim the ornamental design for a convertible cooler stand, as shown and described.
