FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the third embodiment illustrated in FIG. 9 showing various portions in phantom, all other views being substantially identical to those of the first embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a front elevational view of a fourth embodiment thereof, all other views being substantially identical to those of the first embodiment; and,

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view of a fifth embodiment thereof showing various portions in phantom, all other views being substantially identical to those of the first embodiment.
