The FIGURE is a plan view of tulip with chain border surface pattern for paper product showing my new design, it being understood that the broken lines define a portion of the paper product and indicate that it continues indeterminately in one or more directions with the pattern repeating uniformly throughout the length and width of the paper product. The broken lines form no part of the claimed design.
