FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 6--6 in FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 7--7 in FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof, as indicated in the section line 8--8 in FIG. 3.

The right side elevation view is a mirror image of the left side elevation view in FIG. 3, and the bottom of the street bollard forms no part of the claimed design.
