FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the caps and body of the marking pen of my new design shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of the body of the marking pen of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of the body of the marking pen of FIG. 7.
