FIG. 1 is a front perspective view showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof.

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof, the alternate clip holder being shown as mounted to a fragmentary vertical pegboard mounting surface to illustrate the environment of the clip holder, the mounting surface being shown in dashed lines and forming no part of the claimed design.

FIG. 6 is a left side view;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view.

The ornamental design for a stationary clip holder for a tape measure with a belt clip, as shown and described.
