Description

The oval-shaped shower curtain ring is particularly well suited for affixing any type of shower curtain to a shower curtain rod. The oval-shaped shower curtain ring may be of any color and made from any material. The oval-shaped shower curtain ring has, at one side, a swivel hinge and, opposite thereto, an "overlapping" lock mechanism, which provides for easy opening of the ring and placement of the shower curtain onto the ring.

The oval-shaped shower curtain ring also contains five smaller rings which are threaded onto the main ring. These rings are decorative, and also function as bearings, providing for smooth movement of the ring and shower curtain along the shower curtain rod. The smaller rings may be of any color, and made from any material.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the oval-shaped shower curtain ring of the invention;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front view and the back is the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom view thereof.

The broken line showing of a curtain rod is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
