FIG. 8 is a front elevational view similar to FIG. 2 but with the cap removed for a complete disclosure of the underlying parts;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 13 is a bottom view of the cap shown separately for clarity of disclosure.
