FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a left elevational view thereof, the right elevational view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof showing the bicycle support arms of the marine utility rack in the storage position;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof showing the bicycle support arms in the lowered position; and,

FIG. 9 is a perspective view thereof showing the bicycle support arms in the raised position.

FIGS. 8 and 9 each show the outline of a bicycle in broken lines. The bicycles are shown for environmental purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
