FIG. 8 is a reduced perspective view of our invention.

The broken line showing of a truck, in FIG. 8, depicts environment and is not part of the claimed design. The design envisioned contains a second portion whose image is mirror symmetrical to the one shown. The embodiment shown is for the left side of the vehicle.
