FIG. 8 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 10 is a front elevational view of the cover removed from the pen for convenience of illustration;

FIG. 11 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 12 is left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof;
