FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof.

The broken lines encompassing the unshaded circular feature at the top in FIGS. 1 and 5 and the unshaded portion of the rear in FIG. 7 define, but are not included in, the boundaries of the claimed design.

The ornamental design for a housing for a two-way portable communication device, as shown and described.
