FIG. 8 is an enlarged right side view of the cover; and

FIG. 9 is an enlarged bottom view of the cover; and,

FIG. 10 is a side view of the cargo cover as mounted on the pick-up truck with the front and rear panels of the cover shown in partially open positions.
