FIG. 2 is a 3/4 front perspective view from the right side showing the base alone for clarity and completeness of disclosure. The left view is symetrical;

FIG. 3 is a 3/4 rear perspective view from the right side showing the base alone. The left view is symetrical;

FIG. 4 is a 3/4 front perspective view from the right side showing the applicator element of the design separately and with its cap removed for clarity and completeness of disclosure. The left view is symetrical;

FIG. 5 is a 3/4 rear perspective view from the right side showing the applicator and the cap separated; and,

FIG. 6 is an enlarged scale top view showing the applicator without its cap.

The undisclosed bottom surfaces of the applicator, base and cap form no part of the claimed design.
