FIG. 1 is a side view of a combined tube and cap showing my new design, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a front view thereof, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front view of the tube shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 6 is a front perspective view of the cap shown separately for clarity of illustration;

FIG. 7 is a side view thereof with the cap shown in an inverted position on the tube, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front view thereof with the cap shown in an inverted position on the tube, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a side view of the tube separated from the inverted cap for clarity of illustration and shown with the tube's upper protrusion having been broken off from the tube by the cap and received therein, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a front view of the tube of FIG. 9, the opposite view being a mirror image thereof.

The bottom and interior of the cap of the combined tube and cap form no part of the claimed design.
