FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a carton with a folding closure showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side view thereof, the remaining sides being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side view of FIG. 4, the remaining sides being identical;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of FIGS. 1 and 4 in an open position; and,

FIG. 8 is a partial side view taken along the section lines of 8--8 on FIG. 7.

The broken lines shown on FIGS. 7 and 8 represent fold lines.

The undisclosed bottom views of embodiments 1 and 2 form no part of the claimed design.
