FIG. 2 is a perspective view thereof with the handle in a partly folded configuration;

FIG. 3 is top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an elevational view from the left end of FIG. 4; and,

FIG. 8 is an elevational view from the right end of FIG. 4.

I claim the ornamental design for a collapsible handle, as shown and described.
