FIG. 1 is a front elevation of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation of the bottle shown without the cap;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view of FIG. 2;

FIG.4 is a right side elevation of FIG. 2, the left side elevation is the same;

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional view taken along line 5--5 in FIG. 2;

FIG. 6 is a fragmentary side elevation of the top portion of the bottle shown partially in cross section; and,

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2.

The bottle is shown without the cap in FIGS. 2 through 7 for clarity of illustration.

The ornamental design for a combined bottle and cap, as shown and described .
