FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the combined bottle and cap of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7, the rear elevational view is a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of the second embodiment; and,

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of the second embodiment.

The top and bottom plan views of the second embodiment that are not shown in the drawings are the same in appearance as the top and bottom plan views of the first embodiment.
