FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the surgery tray of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a top plan view of the surgery tray;
FIG. 3 is a side elevation view of the surgery tray, with the opposite side having the same design;
FIG. 4 is an end elevation view of the tray from one end, with the opposite and having the same design; and,
FIG. 5 is a sectional view taken along lines 5--5 of FIG. 2.
The bottom surface of the surgery tray forms no part of the claimed design.
