FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a "Tape Measure with Pencil Sharpener" showing my new design, wherein said perspective view shows an environment where the tape measure with pencil sharpener is held by a hand of a user in a position to receive a pencil held by another hand of the user for sharpening;

FIG. 2 is a rear elevation view of my new design of FIG. 1 with a cutout showing the pencil sharpener portion in cross-section;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view of my new design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a side elevation view of one side of my new design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a side elevation view of the other side of my new design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of my new design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view of my new design of FIG. 1 with a cutout showing the position of the pencil sharpener;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of an alternate embodiment of my new design of the tape measure with pencil sharpener;

FIG. 9 is a side elevation view of one side of my new design of FIG. 8;

FIG. 10 is a front elevation view of yet another embodiment of my new design of the tape measure with pencil sharpener; and,

FIG. 11 is a side elevation view of one side of my new design of FIG. 10.

The broken lines represent an environment where the tape measure with pencil sharpener is being used and are for illustrative purposes only and form no portion of the claimed design. All views not shown for the second and third embodiments are the same as those shown in FIGS. 3, 5 and 6.
