FIG. 8 is a rear pictorial view of the second embodiment;

FIG. 9 is a left side pictorial view of the second embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a right side pictorial view of the second embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a top pictorial view of the second embodiment and,

FIG. 12 is a bottom pictorial view of the second embodiment.

The fragmented cross-hatching representing fabric, is understood to be continuous throughout the implied areas.
