FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view thereof along the line A--A in FIG. 3.

The cross-sectional view is included for the purpose of showing external surface contours which may not be clear from the remaining illustrations. Any features of internal construction which are incidentally shown form no part of the claimed design.

The portable power supply unit with AC-DC converter of our new design is a portable power supply unit for converting AC power to DC power and supplying DC power to, for example, an arc welder or a plasma arc cutter.

The ornamental design for a portable power supply unit with AC-DC converter, as shown and described.
