The right elevation view of the first embodiment of FIG. 1 is similar to the left side elevation view shown in FIG. 3.

The left elevation view of the second embodiment of FIG. 7 is similar to the left elevation view shown in FIG. 3. The right elevation view of the second embodiment of FIG. 7 is similar to the left elevation view shown in FIG. 3. The bottom plan view of the second embodiment of FIG. 7 is similar to the bottom plan view shown in FIG. 5. The rear elevation view of the second embodiment of FIG. 7 is similar to the rear elevation view shown in FIG. 6.
