FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image of the left side;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a left side elevational view similar to FIG. 4 having portions thereof removed to the longitudinal centerline to show top and bottom surface details.
