FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof; the left side elevational view being identical thereto;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end elevational view being identical thereto.

The ornamental design for a combined metallic skull base surgical implant and bone flap fixation plate, as shown and described.
