FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a footwear heel cushion, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a cross sectional view, taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 3; and,

FIG. 5 is a cross sectional taken along line 5--5 of FIG. 3.

The broken line showing of a portion of a shoe in FIG. 1, a shoe in FIG. 2 and a portion of a sole in FIG. 3 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
