FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of FIG. 7, the toe flap shown unsecured;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 11 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 7;

FIG. 12 is a rear elevational view of FIG. 7; and,

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view of a second embodiment of the design shown in FIG. 1; the side elevational views shown in FIGS. 7 and 10, the front elevational view shown in FIG. 9, and the rear elevational view being substantially similar to FIG. 12 except for the aperture.
