FIG. 7 is a front elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 6, with the rear, left and right side elevational views being mirror images;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of a fourth embodiment thereof, with the bottom plan view being a mirror image;

FIG. 9 is a front elevational view of the embodiment of FIG. 8, with the rear elevational view being a mirror image;
